Not Clean TV didn't work (and was too tired to call for help) Internet connection too slow for streaming
Some of the activities: especially snow tubing Christmas lights: marvelous views Central atrium view: just beautiful
Cleanliness: the bathroom wasn't clean enough. Luckily the water was draining well but it seemed like my old apartment. Money: although 4 luminary hotel, didn't meet their standards in cleanliness Customer Service: Long waits to a point I didn't want to ask my questions or convey concerns or my needs (ex, soap/my wife needing shower cap, make-up removal, etc)
Clean and nice.
I wish restaurants were open on the days we were there, not only two days a week.. Had to ask for two cribs twice, still only got one initially.
The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly and very helpful even though they were working on Christmas Eve and Christmas Night. I was especially pleased with the service in the Silver Bar on Christmas Eve evening. The two young ladies did a fantastic job.
I stayed at the hotel at the busiest time of the year, December. The wait to park at the hotel and to check in were radical. The wait was about minute
