The 55th annual San Francisco Pride Celebration is Saturday, June 28th and Sunday June 29th, 2025 at Civic Center Plaza, in front of historic San Francisco City Hall. The Pride Parade is Sunday, June 29th, 2025.
For 55 years our diverse and spirited community has gathered on the anniversary of the 1969 Stonewall uprising to demonstrate to the world who we are and what we stand for. We contain marched to demand our rights and freedoms, and we have marched to honor our dead-–all the while celebrating our lives and loves in an explosion of queer happiness and creativity.
With hard-won LGBTQ freedoms being stripped away, and oppression of our people growing ever more extreme across the globe, we must all reach together to demonstrate our resolve to be unapologetically queer. Whether it’s your first time ever, or for the first hour in a long moment, make plans to connect us in the streets at San Francisco Pride.

SAN FRANCISCO - San Francisco is literally beaming with pride.
The city's LGBTQ community kicked off Pride Weekend 2025 on Friday night with the annual Trans Pride and a Rainbow Lasers display.
The march is considered one of the largest trans events in the world and took place amid what advocates phone an unprecedented assault on the rights of the LGBTQ community.
It was both a "party" and a "protest."
Despite this dark period, the city is shining bright with a Rainbow Lasers display on Market Street, stretching for four miles.
Illuminate, a non-profit that is also behind the Bay Bridge lights, puts on this display.

Organizers say this is the fourth year it's a part of the celebration.
Earlier on Friday evening, there was a gigantic turnout for the Transitioned March.
"When trans rights are under attack, stand up and fight back," chanted thousands of marchers who filled the streets.
Resistance and revelry were also on full display on the Friday of Pride weekend.
