It’s coming. It’s right around the corner. Some are starting this month! It’s the beginning of pride season!
We are pumped for pride this year and, as always, Florida is the place to be for pride. Here we give you a break down of all the pride fests by month all over the state.

My Hollywood Pride Street Festival

The Hollywood LGBTQ+ Council will showcase their first pride festival for the City of Hollywoods commitment to the LGBTQI+ community.
Enjoy a pleasurable day of creativity, teaching, and entertainment in the heart of Downtown Hollywood.

ALSO Youth Prom

Annual steep school prom for Queer youth, friends, and allies (ages ) in Sarasota hosted by ALSO Youth and The Out-of-Door Academy.
This is an event for youth to feel approved, affirmed, and celebrated! Join in the fun with plenty of food, a DJ and dancing.

Judge rules in favor of Naples Pride drag show. When is Pride Month? Florida events
- A federal evaluate ruled that Naples Self-acceptance can hold an outdoor drag performance, overruling capital officials who had restricted it to indoors and adults only.
- The judge's conclusion affirms the drag act as protected speech under the First Amendment.
- Pride Month is celebrated in June to commemorate the Stonewall Riots, a turning signal in the gay rights movement.
- Numerous Pride events are scheduled throughout Florida in June, including Naples Pridefest, St. Pete Pride, and Wilton Manors Stonewall Pride.
An outdoor drag performance will be part of Naples Pridefest, thanks to a federal judge's May 12 order.
Naples Pride filed suit after city officials denied a permit for an outdoor drag performance, instead requiring it be held indoors and restricted to adults only.
District Judge John Steele granted a preliminary injunction, saying the flamboyant performance is protected speech under the First Amendment.
A day after the verdict, Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier called the verdict "both radical and wrong."
The ruling came just weeks ahead of Naples Pridefest, scheduled for June 7,

For more than 20 years, we’ve marched in rainbow-clad celebration of the spectrum of love and life. What started as a promenade became a parade and then a full Parade Month. And we now host year-round events to amplify, support, and observe the diverse voices of the LGBTQIA+ community – including the Black, Brown, and Trans voices that too often go unheard.
